| 4. Do you have video surveillance cameras? |
| Yes, our cameras are located at the entrance and exit |
| 5. Will I need to bring a lock for my enclosed storage? |
| No, Anchor Bay gives you a cylinder disc lock. You must provide a lock for your covered and outside units |
| 6. Is there electricity available? |
| Yes, there is electricity in most mini-storage units and there is 30 AMP electricity available to each unit in the covered storage building |
| 7. Is there an additional charge for electricity? |
| No, the electricity, where it is available, is included in the rental |
| 8. I’m a first time RV/Boat owner, are the drives wide enough for easy access to the spaces? |
| Yes, the drives are 55’ wide; they were designed for easy access to the spaces |
| 9. Do I have to sign a contract? |
| Yes, Anchor Bay uses the standard Texas Self Storage Association contract |
| 10. Do you offer special discounts? |
| Yes, we offer quarterly discounts |
| 11. When is my rent due? |
| Your rent is due either one month or three months from the move-in date, depending on the choice of payment terms |
| 12. What forms of payment do you accept? |
| Checks, cash, MC and VISA |
| 13. Do you have auto-pay? |
| Yes, we will automatically charge your credit card on the rental due date, avoiding late charges |
| 14. Is a move-out notice required? |
| No, just let us know the day you leave. For mini storage customers, we request that the door be left open |
| 15. Is the deposit refundable? |
| Yes, provided there is not an outstanding balance |
| 16. Will any unused rent be pro-rated? |
| Yes, with the exception of the first month, we will pro-rate and refund the unused rent |
| 17. What if the gate does not operate properly? |
| There is a walk through gate at the office, the lock instructions are posted on the gate |
