| No, Anchor Bay gives you a cylinder disc lock. You must provide a lock for your covered and outside units. |

| Yes, there is electricity in most mini-storage units and there is 30 AMP electricity available to each unit in the covered storage building. |

| No, the electricity, where it is available, is included in the rental. |

| Yes, the drives are 55’ wide; they were designed for easy access to the spaces. |

| Yes, Anchor Bay uses the standard Texas Self Storage Association contract. |

| Your rent is due either one month or three months from the move-in date, depending on the choice of payment terms. |

| Yes, we will automatically charge your credit card on the rental due date, avoiding late charges. |

| 15. Is a move-out notice required? |
| No, just let us know the day you leave. For mini storage customers, we request that the door be left open. |

| 16. Is the deposit refundable? |
| Yes, provided there is not an outstanding balance. |

| 17. Will any unused rent be pro-rated? |
| Yes, with the exception of the first month, we will pro-rate and refund the unused rent. |

| There is a walk through gate at the office, the lock instructions are posted on the gate. |
